2.0− Ik heb hier al meerdere keren verbleven en ben normaal gesproken altijd erg tevreden geweest over de service en hoe goed ik werd geholpen. Helaas was mijn ervaring deze keer erg teleurstellend. Ik had bewust een kamer met “side sea view” geboekt, maar bij aankomst keek ik voornamelijk uit op een leeg landschap (zie foto), met slechts een heel klein stukje zee in de verte. Dit kwam totaal niet overeen met wat ik van een kamer met side sea view verwachtte. Bij mijn eerdere verblijven heb ik dit ook nog nooit zo meegemaakt. Toen ik dit bij het hotel aangaf en vroeg naar een andere kamer, kreeg ik telkens te horen dat het hotel volledig volgeboekt was en dat er niets voor mij gedaan kon worden. Juist omdat ik hier vaker verblijf en normaal goede ervaringen heb met de service, had ik verwacht dat er op zijn minst beter naar een oplossing zou worden gezocht. Helaas ben ik deze keer dan ook niet tevreden over mijn verblijf en de manier waarop mijn klacht is afgehandeld.

− Indoor pool was closed during most of our stay. It was ok as the weather was good for outdoor pool, but they could have notified us about availability. As they don’t allow 0-5y to use the pool, the outdoor small kid alternative was not as food as the indoor “baby” pool.
