10.0The Dedo Boutique Hotel is in a great location. In different directions, it is a 15-20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, the Florence Duomo, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, Medici Chapel, and the main train station. The staff is very nice and attentive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. I like that they have a double bed and 2 twin beds, since we were traveling with our two kids. The breakfast (included) was the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a hotel - an assortment of meats and cheeses, pastries, mini pizzas, cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, etc. It was very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

9.0A hospitalidade dos funcionários é maravilhosa, fazem muito além do que o esperado. Te auxiliam em tudo e tornam a experiência muito mais tranquila. Não tinha café da manha, mas está sempre disponível café, chá e muitas delícias que podem pegar e comer no quarto, levar para passeios …..Outro ponto é a localização, excelente!!!!!! Muito próximo (15-20 min) a vários pontos turísticos de Roma e a pontos de ônibus. Não poderia deixar de falar do quarto, do conforto, ar condicionado….
