10.0Excellent location. Steps from the streets leading to the plaza. Staff was friendly, helped with directions, ordering a taxi for us. Even lent us an adapter, since we had brought the incorrect one. Carried our luggage up the 2 1/2 flights of stairs to our room.
− Although the hotel had an elevator, it was only to the 3rd floor, then had to carry our luggaged to the 5th floor and the steps were narrow. Fortuneatly, staff did help us carry our luggage the rest of the way.
This is an excellent location to see Lisbon.
10.0I liked everything about this property: location, restaurants and coffee shops next door and around the corner, the cleanliness, how spacious the room was, the lounging areas, and especially the staff. The staff was so helpful and they wanted to make my stay perfect in every way. I highly recommend this place.
Struttura ricettiva con un grande potenziale, ma che andrebbe incrementato con alcune piccole migliorie.
9.0Struttura con una posizione perfetta per visitare Lisbona, vicina a metro, fermate dei tram e poco distante a piedi da molti punti di interesse. Molto interessante l’arredamento interno delle camere e lo staff cordiale e veramente molto disponibile. Si prendono veramente cura del cliente. In particolare ringrazio tanto il portiere di notte che mi ha aiutato a risolvere una controversia con un delivery, intercedendo per me in lingua locale.
− In alcuni punti della struttura, come l’interno dell’ascensore e subito davanti ad essa al piano terra, vi è un cattivo odore, pungente che ho notato ogni quando salivo alla mia camera. Le pareti sono molto sottili e quindi si sente praticamente tutto ciò che si dice e si fa nelle camere vicine, e ai piani superiori.
