9.0Friendly staff. The 4-bed form room turned out to be a whole apartment with ensuite, kitchen, dining room/workspace and garden. Excellent facilities and spacious rooms.
− Location was a little out of the way. On cooler days it would be possible to walk to the city centre but during the heatwave I relied on public transport to and from the centre everyday.

9.0The host was helpful, the room was comfortable, the cleaning was done regularly. I had a bee sting outside but the host helped me find medication for it.
− There was no lift which made it slightly challenging to carry suitcases, but the host helped with it.
