This recently renovated apartment is under good condition. Well-equipped: kitchen and bath - I was on the business trip: as an iron and a washing machine were available, it was easy to take care of the business outfits. Wifi is available and its speed was good. It is located in the centre of Florence; you can access to many attractions in 5-10 mins. Thanks to the air-conditioning, it was possible to ensure the pleasant stay especially during the summer season. The neighbors were quite.

− There was no lift, but the host help me to carry them to the apartment. This was no big deal.

The location of apartment was great.

− The place was clean but could have been cleaner. There were no detergents for using washing machine. There was no basic coffee and sugar. We had to buy that ourselves.

Highly recommended centrally located apartment

Our actual stay at this apartment was great. There were a few flights of stairs to climb but this didn’t bother us. The apartment was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were two toilets which was a bonus. Having a washing machine was also good. One bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living area was ample for 3 of us. The area was bustling, and very central, and yet the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is a credit to the owner, who pays quite a substantial amount to have this property managed. The managers, we felt, could have been more accommodating - minor things, but really only letting the owners down - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 nights between 2 toilets; didn’t mention upon check-in that you are expected to take all rubbish with you upon check out, and dump in a bin that’s about 1/2km away from apartment. Thank you so much to the owner for a wonderful stay in Florence.
