8.0Hôtel très bien situé proche des différents centres d'intérêt, tous les transports sont à moins de 5 minutes (Bus, Metro, Taxis, Trains, Bus touristique) ainsi que les commerces, restaurants et bars.
− Cet établissement possède beaucoup de charme mais n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, voire aux jeunes enfants, en raison des très nombreux escaliers et en l'absence d'un ascenseur.

− The stairs 😂 but also it's what made it so unique. Not the most ideal for people with mobility issues however staff will gladly handle your luggage on arrival and departure and don't make it seem like a burden, they are truly exceptional.

8.0Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Välskött och familjärt hotell med väldigt personlig känsla. Fantastiskt läge mitt i gamla stan, nära till allt.
− Krångligt med så mycket trappor i värmen. Personalen hjälpte till med att bära väskorna, men på avresedagen hade de inte öppnat än och då fick vi bära själva. Inte ett jätteproblem, men något att ta med i beräkningen. Restaurangen på taket var varm i sommarsolen. Svårt att hitta någon plats i skuggan.

The Art INN takes pride in offering The Art INN Hotel App, which can be downloaded from the Apple store and Google Play store. With this app, guests can conveniently use their smartphones to open their rooms, manage their stay, and communicate with the staff. Our front desk is open from 7am to 10:30pm every day, and during this time, traditional key cards are available upon request. If you will be arriving later, we will send you instructions on how to obtain a key card from a key box located at the property.
We are pleased to provide luggage storage services from 7:15am to 10:15pm daily. Please note that The ART INN Lisbon does not have its own parking facilities. The inn's unique and historic staircase is the primary means of accessing the rooms and rooftop. While there is an elevator available, it only services floors 1 to 4 without any stops in between. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that it may pose some difficulties.
Furthermore, our staff is available during opening hours to assist with transporting your luggage to and from your room.
Please note that The ART INN Lisbon has no parking premises.
The inn features an original and historic staircase as the primary mode to access the rooms and rooftop.
