10.0The renovations are beautiful. I was there a few years ago and I remember thinking how nice some renovations would be. Well, they did a great job with the upgrades. I will definitely stay there when I return to NYC.
− It took too long to inform me of my Grubhub delivery. The staff at the entrance knew it had arrived and knew I was waiting but I had to ask for it twice. I wonder if they planned to eat it.
