− El check in, dado que mi avión llegaba tarde y tuve que hacer muchos trámites a las 12 de la noche en la puerta del departamento. Hasta sacar fotos de los tres pasaportes. Si me hubieran avisado antes, hubiera sido sin el enorme stress que pase!

− “Vi är fyra personer som har hyrt den här lägenheten. I beskrivningen står det att den är för fyra personer, med ett sovrum och ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Bäddsoffan är dock i delar och när man drar ut den för att sova faller delarna isär. Det är bara det första problemet. Det andra problemet är att möblerna är väldigt smutsiga. Vi kontaktade boendet och bad dem åtminstone att dammsuga möblerna, men det gjorde de förstås inte. Det tredje problemet: enligt beskrivningen byter ni sängkläder om man stannar längre än tre dagar. Efter tredje dagen bad vi om nya sängkläder. Ni bytte dem, men bara för två personer. Det fjärde problemet: runt hela bäddsoffan är det odammsuget och fullt av matrester. Vi bad er att dammsuga, men inte heller det blev gjort. Femte: I skålen för socker, som är äckligt smutsig inuti med flera lager av ”gammalt” socker som sitter fast som en skorpa, har de hällt i salt eftersom de tydligen inte hade tid att diska skålen och fylla den med antingen salt eller socker, utan bara fyllde på ovanpå. Så när du behöver socker dobiješ en blandning av socker och salt. Ohygieniskt och fruktansvärt.
