8.0Even though is an old hotel you really feel the Japanese immersion, we slept on tatami mat and they gave us Yukatas, Kyoto station is just 15 min away.

10.0Lovely traditional style hotel! The room has a very nice homely feeling and the beds are very comfortable. The location is also 15 minutes walking distance from Kyoto Station and is right across the road from the serene Nishi Hongan-ji Temple.

4.0We had rooms facing the 6 lane highway so loud and dirty. Everything felt dingy and not cared for. I have stayed at multiple ryokans earlier
