− Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’à notre départ on m’ai demandé la note que je comptais mettre à cet hôtel et en disant que je pensais mettre un 8 on m’a vivement demandé de mettre 10. Le personnel a ete correct mais on ne peut pas dire que le service soit exceptionnel. Certains serveurs ne parlaient pas anglais donc difficile de communiquer

− Не рекомендую, цена неоправданно высокая. Никакого сервиса для отеля 5 звезд. Номер старый, требует ремонта и уборки. За минибар требуют внести депозит. Если вы не планируете им польззоваться, и не хотите вносить депозит, минибар будет закрыт на ключ. Обратилась на ресепшн , чтобы дали доступ к холодильнику , спустя 2 часа (в 10 ч ночи!) пришел сотрудник с сумкой чтобы забрать содердимое минибара, Для отеля 5* это недопустимо. Пребывание в отеле совпало с днем рождения, со стороны отеля никакого внимания к этому. СПА - при выдаче полотенца зачем-то надевают браслет. Лежаки у бассейна убирают, и утром приходится таскать их самостоятельно, так как сотрудники отсутсвуют!
Overpriced out of town not my favourite Radisson by a long way
8.0Comfortable beds and modern rooms. Access from the hotel to the city is relatively easy by taxi outside of rush hours. At other times taxi to the nearby train station approx 240 lira and 3 stops on Maramay train to city centre
− The location is remote from the city and also the adjacent main road is noisy throughout the day and night. The sea view from the low floor, cheaper rooms, is over a working port which is having extensive building works carried out so noisy. The grounds are scruffy and not pleasant to sit in especially with the road noise. Loungers are old and not particularly comfortable, you will need to go and get one and position it yourself as there are no pool attendants on duty apart from a life guard. There was no bar service available around the pool and the pool bar was unattended during our stay. Prices for Drinks are extravagant even fo Radisson Bluwe with a small bottle of local beer setting you back approximately £7.20
