8.0El personal muy amable y atento. Muy buena ubicación la lado del metro saldanha. Es pequeñito, pero te da todos los servicios acorde a su condición.
− Hubo un día que dejaron la habitación a medio hacer.

8.0Gostei muito da simpatia dos funcionários e da localização excelente, com o metro mesmo à porta. Um ponto muito positivo foi também disponibilizarem chá e água de cortesia no quarto.
− Falta de manutenção e problemas de higiene. A porta da varanda estava encravada e a cabine de duche precisa claramente de uma renovação. Para além disso, a varanda não foi limpa e encontrámos chávenas e amenities sujos, reutilizados do hóspede anterior sem qualquer higienização.
