3.0− The property did not look like the photos at all and it was not clean when we entered. The bathroom was also covered in black mould
100% would recommend, it was the best possible option
10.0Amazing location, everything is a short 15-20 minute walk away. The Duomo is 5 minutes away. The overall experience was amazing and the room was perfect

8.0Das Zimmer war groß, der begehbare Schrank sehr komfortabel. Das Bad war ebenfalls geräumig und funktional. Die Betten bequem mit tollen Kissen ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm: der Holzfußboden! Die Lage ist hervorragend: direkt am Rand der Altstadt. Der Dom ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Bahnhof S.M.N. und auch die Markthallen fußläufig gut erreichbar.
− Es gab im Zimmer nur einen (durchgesessenen) Stuhl; zu wenig Ablagemöglickeiten im Zimmer und auch im Bad. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr klein, eine große Wasserflasche passt nicht hinein. Das Einchecken war umständlich: Bei der Apartmentadresse angekommen, erhielten wir telefonisch den Hinweis, dass wir zum Einchecken zu einer anderen Adresse kommen müssen.

Good locations but communication with staff wasn’t very good.
5.0Good location, close enough to everything
− Had to pay €30 extra for check in after 6pm on top of city tax. In cash. On the second night of our stay, we discovered what looked like flying ants all over our curtains and bed. Our bathroom also contained a lot of small ants. We couldn’t figure out where they came from especially with all the doors and windows closed. They mysteriously appeared out of nowhere for 2 hours.

A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours and before 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.
