We did not sleep well.
4.0The staff were very communicative and the property was located.
− The AC units need maintenance - they were so loud we almost didn’t use them but in the 100+ plus weather, we had to. The noise they made was somewhere between a police siren and a gang of cicadas. You can also hear the neighbor’s making noise late into the night.
We are looking forward to stay again.
10.0My family and I had an amazing time, thanks to the generous hospitality. The host Marco is so nice and was welcoming and looked after my whole family. Location is perfect, it is at the centre of Florence attractions. Our whole family really wants to thank Marco.
