Excellent location, traditional venue and great customer service.
8.0Location was excellent, our first room had no hot water but staff moved us to another room which had no such issues. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious with everything you need.
− We tried to visit the Solarium whilst we were there but could never find it open. SUch a shame as it looked amazing.

Si buscás buena ubicación es espectacular, punto.
5.0Que está en pleno corazón de Manhattan y que al ser un hotel pequeño los ascensores llegan rápido gran ventaja vs los que tienen pisos altos.
− No tienen heladera en las habitaciones , ni agua, ni en la recepción. Hubo días que no me repusieron el champoo! Eramos dos y nos dejaban para 1….

5.0The location was great, and the staff were very helpful.
− I stayed here on August 1st for one night. They charged my credit card for the room rent ($346) and the security deposit ($396). We left the hotel happy. I am still waiting (2 weeks later) for the security deposit to be returned. Despite 4 phone calls and an email, there has been no resolution this matter from them. That said, I loved the stay, but the post-checkout service is so ridiculous that it's funny!

− Hubo algún detallito de limpieza, nada grave. La puerta del baño se abre con bastante dificultad desde dentro, una persona que esté sola se puede quedar encerrada
