10.0The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very polite. The hotel is clean and well-organized; the pillows are comfortable, and there’s a hair dryer, iron, towels, etc. I loved it—I highly recommend it!

2.0− Check out the view from this $500 hotel, and there's not even Wi-Fi here. I'd totally not recommend this place.

10.0Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly. Free Prosecco between 4 and 7pm. Ability to use the gym next door for free was very welcome. Hotel was impeccably clean, very tasteful and grand decor. Right next to 33st Subway Station. Genuinely nothing not to like - would (and will) stay again. I genuinely do not understand the negative reviews.
− The only negatives is the size of the room. It's very tight and compact. But, given it's NYC you kinda have to expect that.
