A week stay with my kids in London
10.0I initially underestimated this hotel,because of the distance from Central London. However, the warm reception we received at the front desk, the general warmth and friendliness of staff, cleanliness of our room and public areas, all made the Park Plaza Hotel, impressive and exceptional. I am not hesitant to recommend this hotel, because what my family and I received, was not choreographed, but part of the DNA of the hotel and staff,and it could be granted to anyone.

10.0property is beautiful interior, even the smell as you walk in is lovely! the staff go above & beyond, Katie on reception is spectacular! friendly funny & helpful, bar staff are lovely & friendly, everyone made us feel so welcome, the bed is to dye for! room was stunning & modern, excellent location for wembley concerts! breakfast was good lots of choice, cant wait to come back!
− cant fault it other than proper hashbrowns at breakfast would be good but thats just personal preference
