4.0I wish I had seen the reviews before I booked. The location was great, the accommodations not so great. The San Marino Room was small - broken safe, the side table was broken. Even though they asked the time of our arrival there was no one at the desk. Why ask if you aren't going to have anyone. I would not recommend this place. No water or wine/proseco was provided as advertised.

2.0Dirty room. The garbage wasn’t taken out and there were bad odors in the bedroom and bathroom. They also had zero toilet paper and the sink was dirty. The bed was hard as a rock as well. The residence was on the fifth floor with no elevator which was not shared in the listing. Additionally, took a long time to communicate and receive the virtual key. Do not recommend.
Big stairs - painful check in
8.0Nice room with clean and good shared bath. No problem. Big stairs to get to third floor. I praise I didnt have a suitcase. Check in via WhatsApp took like 30 minutes.
Disappointing stay – avoid the ‘San Marino’ room
2.0We would never have booked this accommodation had we known the reality. The so-called ‘San Marino’ room is basically a converted storeroom: no chair, no table, broken mini safe, dirty walls, and a tiny window four meters up – no chance of daylight or proper ventilation at night. For €150 per night this is absolutely unacceptable. Arrival at 16:15 – no reception, no one on site. The phone number didn’t work, only WhatsApp contact was possible. Only after messaging did we receive the access code. Buried in the small print on Check24 (discovered afterwards) it says you have to request the code. But really – why not send it proactively in advance? The location is good – but that’s the only positive thing to report. Contrary to the description, there was no Prosecco, no wine, no water in the room. No staff spoke English or Spanish. The only person around was a breakfast worker, who spoke only Italian and was responsible solely for breakfast. All in all: worse than a prison cell, and certainly not what was advertised.

10.0Es una propiedad bellísima, céntrica y con un desayuno delicioso, considerarlo si se lleva mucho equipaje ya que no hay elevador y mi esposo sufrió al subir 3 pisos de las escaleras muy amplias.
