Good location. But old building with barely functioning AC.
4.0Just the location.
− This is a 2 star facility charging at 4 star level. Definitely no amenities worth the €300 per night. The air conditioning was horrible. The remote was set at 16C but room was barely 25C. We were miserable and didn’t sleep much. I’m aware that Rome was under a heat wave. But this was uncomfortable to a different level. We asked for a floor fan, and the first one didn’t work. To be fair, the staff was responsive and respectful- they gave us another fan the next day (!) and that one worked. The bathroom was tiny and the shower head leaked. The accommodation is comparable to a roadside motel.
We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend.
9.0The location is amazing and even though the square outside is busy and you’re surrounded by excellent restaurants the double windows mean it is really quiet. The staff are fantastic and our room was cleaned daily which I was not expecting. Comfortable bed, brilliant bathroom and felt secure. Seeing the colosseum at the end of the street every day was fantastic. We would return!
− The only downside, which only applies to summer heatwave, is that the aircon unit is in front of the window behind the curtains so it’s not very functional for cooling the room. An additional fan would be beneficial. I went to buy one from a local shop and it was a game changer.

10.0In a great part of town. Not too noisy or touristy. The apartments were very clean and comfortable. Lorenzo was very attentive and communicative both before and during the stay. Everything was fantastic!
