8.0Le calme , la propreté ! Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et très variés. Le personnel est très sympathique
− Pas de restaurant, pas de bar , dans un quartier où il n'y en a pas , ou très peu.

− Personnel très désagréable notamment à notre arrivée. Ne nous informe pas des modalités et commodites de l’hôtel. Aucunes informations sur le spa et la réservation de celui ci. Nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter. Supplément pour un chien de 5kg de 50€ pour une nuit. Plus cher qu’au Ritz. Hôtel vraiment pas dog friendly avec un personnel vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 4*

− Breakfast choice was limited and one day our room was not made up. When I asked for towels for the next morning was given bath mats which I refused.
Magnifique séjour à Florence!
10.0Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans cet hôtel à Florence et avons passé un excellent séjour. L’établissement est magnifique et plein de charme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, qui nous a permis de très bien dormir. Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité. De plus, l’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre de Florence, ce qui permet de visiter la ville très facilement. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
