Not sure where should I start, this place is like a second home to me. I've been staying here accumulatively for a year give or take. The location is perfect you can reach any subway lines within 2-10 mins by walk (exept Queens/Brooklyn lines G,L,7,J,M,Z). Rooms are well design and very clean. But most importantly the staffs or I should say my friends are genuinely nice and hardworking people. Only complain I have during 11 Months stay was to the loud guest next door and John resolved it in no time. I hope we'll see eachother again soon Briana, Eduardo, Anthony, Kyara, Jamila, Laisa, Natasha, Lily, Jesus, Moses, Kylen.

I stayed at Arlo NoMad for a business trip. It’s definitely on the cheaper side for a hotel in NYC, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The rooms are unbelievably small. There was genuinely nowhere to open my suitcase, there’s no real closet, and the sink is in the bedroom. I can’t imagine staying here with another person—there is barely enough room for one person and their luggage. Privacy was also an issue. My windows were directly above someone’s terrace and looked into the room next to me, so I ended up keeping the blinds closed for my entire stay. It made an already tiny room feel even more like a box. I also noticed there was no cover on the peephole in my door, and there were visible gaps around the door. I don’t want to be dramatic about it, but it did make me feel less comfortable and secure in my room. I stay in hotels fairly often, and this isn’t something I typically encounter. The service was frustrating and inconsistent as well. The hotel frequently texts asking if you need anything, but when I actually did, they weren’t particularly helpful. I asked them to bring a delivery up and was told they couldn’t leave it outside my door for “security purposes” and that I needed to come downstairs with my ID. I offered to show my ID at my room door, but they said no. I finally went downstairs, only to be told they didn’t need my ID after all. Later, I asked if they could bring utensils up to my room and was told no, I needed to come downstairs and get them myself. It made the constant texts feel somewhat pointless. Even the clock in my room was five minutes slow. It sounds minor, but when you’re traveling for business and working on a schedule, five minutes can make a difference. The hotel was clean, and the price is cheap for New York, but that’s about where the positives ended for me. The best way I can describe Arlo NoMad is a clean, private hostel. If your priority is simply finding an inexpensive, clean place to sleep in Manhattan, maybe it works. But if you’re looking for comfort, privacy, space, or actual hotel-level service, I’d spend a little more and stay somewhere else. And I definitely would not recommend it if you’re traveling with another person. There truly isn’t room for two people and their belongings.

Stopped by Arlo NoMad for drinks and had a fantastic experience. Aryn B made our cocktails and they were absolutely delicious perfectly balanced, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You did your thing girly!!! Aryn was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better with excellent service. The atmosphere was great, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
