2.0Als ich mit meiner Familie am 17.09.2017 zum Hotel kamen, teilte uns der Angestellte, dass von uns gebuchtem Zimmer besetzt ist. Er hat uns ein unbewohnbares leeres Haus angeboten und aus hygienischen und sicherheitsgrünen haben wir dieses Angebot abgelehnt. Als wir unser Geld verlangt haben, hat er verweigert und uns rausgeschmissen. Wegen unseren kleinen müden Sohn (5 Jahre alt) wollten wir die Polizei nicht rufen. Dann haben wir ein Zimmer beim Hotel ORTAKÖY APARTS (Tel. 0212 259 62 34) gemietet. Unsere Aufforderungen: - Zuerst verlange ich mein bezahltes Geld für die 7 Tage incl. Bonus. - Verlange ich Entschädigung (incl. Taxi-Kosten in Höhe von 60 TL) - Ich bitte Sie dieses Hotel von Ihrer Hotelliste zu entfernen, wenn Sie noch guten Ruf haben wollen. - Auf Ihre Antwort von Ebookers warte ich noch. Gleich habe ich Beschwerde bei Ebookers geschrieben und noch keine Antwort !!!!!!!!
