− Bed was uncomfortable, rooms are very small, no shower in our room only a bath tub Mediocre breakfast

− Dirt around place especially at restroom, tv doesn’t work, key to door doesn’t work hair dryer doesn’t work
Minus the horrible check-in process, it was pleasant and delightful! Fix the check-in process though
5.0For the price I paid it was a fair size.
− The check-in process was ridiculously frustrating. First, there was no communication about checking in at an entirely different location. Once I arrived, the note was typed in Italian, so I had to ask someone to help translate for me. Secondly, the location of the hotel was NON-existent so I luckily went into a random hotel and picked the correct one. You all need to do a better job at communicating this process BEFORE someone arrives and has no ability to communicate with anyone.
