7.0The property is centrally located and very well connected. Rooms are spacious by London standards. The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. Particularly Daliya who was really helpful.
− The hotel advertises itself as having air conditioned rooms but in reality this is not the case. We were in London with temperatures of 30 degrees and more and we could cool down the room with a portable fan. At reception we were told there was no ac but simply ventilation
