Loved our stay here
10.0Our room was clean and spacious enough for a couple with a toddler. Great location with several restaurants in the same street. We loved the breakfast buffet spread as well.
Perfect location
10.0The room was very big and had sir conditioning. It was located on a road with lots of bars and restaurants, but not noisy. We were welcomed on arrival and shown all the best places to go, on a map.

10.0Huge space, comfortable, clean, quiet but close to the station. Great location!! Staff were amazing. Lovely warm welcome and time spent pouring over a map. I loved the coffee machine in the room and the sweet treats and big bottle of water which were replenished every day. So nice to have a bar fridge in the room to keep everything cool. Lovely little view out of our window. Aircon was a lifesaver after a stinking hot day walking Florence. The bathroom and shower are a good size too. Very secure and safe with good locks on all of the doors. Free to come and go as you please.
− I was very happy with everything. Some older or weaker customers might find the stairs difficult to navigate with bags.
