Schickes Haus mit grauenhaftem Service
1.0Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und ist architektonisch ein Highlight.
− Die Unterkunft meldete sich während unserer Anreise und teilte uns mit, dass sie uns aus wohl nur ihnen bekannten Gründen die vor Monaten gebuchten Zimmer nicht anbieten könne und schlug vor, und auf ein anderes Hotel ihrer Kette zu buchen. Es hieß, man könnte evtl. auch Zimmer im eigenen Haus haben, wir sollten uns das überlegen. Auf eine schriftliche Nachfrage reagierten sie nicht, sondern teilten dann später mit, wir sollen zu ihnen kommen und sie würden uns mit dem Taxi zur anderen Unterkunft schicken. Es hieß, wir bekämen dort adäquate Zimmer. Im neuen Haus, Sir Albert, bekamen wir zwar keine adäquaten Zimmer, fanden aber immerhin sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal vor. Das Hotel Sir Adam, bei dem wir gebucht hatten, reagierte auf keine Anfragen und überzeugte durch mangelnde Wertschätzung für zahlende Kunden. Immerhin geht es hier um Zimmer für über 300 Euro pro Nacht. Service scheint für das Personal des Hotels Sir Adam ein Fremdwort zu sein, denn jegliche Unannehmlichkeiten für uns als Gäste wurden in Kauf genommen. Man fühlte sich einfach von dem Hotel an ein anderes Haus abgeschoben. Dieses Haus, Sir Albert, war wenigstens sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt trotz einiger Widrigkeiten vor Ort angenehm zu gestalten. Unser Fazit: Sir Adam hat Service und Gastfreundlichkeit nicht erfunden.

Location better than total centrum
10.0Design, 19th floor breakfast, ground floor restaurant, view. And due to location and 10 minutes ferry we could enjoy water a lot.
