− La mancanza di aria condizionata e frigo bar. La stanza che si affacciava sulla strada durante la notte creava disturbo e impediva il riposo.
Buen hotel pero con mucho bullicio.

− Excesiva gente en el desayuno, aunque muy bien gestionado por el personal. Días muy calurosos en Londres por lo que en la habitación hacía un calor brutal. No tiene aire acondicionado (hubiese venido genial)
