Très bien placé mais quelques mauvaises surprises.
6.0La localisation est vraiment idéale au cœur de Rome. On ne peut pas faire mieux. Quartier calme. Les lits étaient fait à notre arrivée ce qui est agréable. Et la présentation des logements s’est bien passée.
− Nous étions 18, j’ai réservé 4 logements et la mauvaise surprise c’est que les logements n’étaient pas dans le même immeuble. Pour autant il était dans le même quartier donc on s’est retrouvé facilement mais on aurait aimé avoir l’info avant la réservation ! On nous a donné une seule clé par appartement, ce qui n’était pas simple d’organisation quand on voyage entre amis et que chacun veut organiser sa journée de sa guise. Un appart au rez de chaussée donc en entend toutes les entrées/ sorties de l’immeuble. Enfin mauvaise surprise en défaisant les draps, les protections de lit étaient vraiment très sale.

− Il divano letto scomodo,non siamo riusciti a dormire,e laria condizionata era un trattore ,rumoroso che non co ha fatto dormire tutta la notte!
Nous somme restés assez longtemps pour savoir que nous ne reviendrons pas ici
3.0L’emplacement, il est à côté de tout c’est super
− L’appartement en lui même et pas si mal mais il y’a plusieurs points dérangeants comme les portes d’entrée du bas qui ne fonctionnent pas quand on rentre, nous étions obligés de mettre la clé à l’arrière de la porte pour l’ouvrir. Il est aussi indiqué comme climatisé, alors oui mais non il s’agit d’un climatiseur sur roue qui ne refroidit pas grand chose, un ventilateur fait mieux le travail, ceux qui partent en été quand il fait 38 degrès vont être surpris. De plus le personel et très lent à répondre à vos questions quand vous êtes sur place, ce qui nous a value de rester un peu plus d’1h dans la rue à attendre de savoir comment déposé nos bagages au «dépose valises » qui se situe dans une autre rue dans une autre résidence.
