8.0Lage ist sehr gut, wie auch die Sauberkeit. Ausstattung auch gut.
− An der Wand zum Fenster hin, war an einer Stelle Farbe abgeplatzt. Ist natürlich nicht schlimm, aber auch kein gutes Bild. Sonst war wie immer alles okay, nur bei solchem Kleinigkeiten kann schnell der Eindruck entstehen, "es lässt etwas nach". Broken Window Effekt.
