8.0Overall, I would go to Casa Guiva again! The property was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful interior patio and lovely rooftop terrace with great views! The staff was always helpful and very friendly! The bathroom sink was tiny and the room could use a paint job and new sheets, but the price point made all those things acceptable! :)

10.0I VISITED THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL/HACIENDA WITH MY FAMILY AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING. THE FRIENDLY PEOPLE ARE VERY PLESENT AND WELCOMING. THE HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL ONLY 5 BLOCKS AWAY FROM EL SOCALO. FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM FOOD PLACES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

4.0For the price of the rooms I would expect to have at least air conditioning in all the rooms, but they told me that they just have one room with air conditioning and it costs more. I didn’t get any toiletries or towels. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Rain water leaked through the walls. We did enjoy breakfast.
