We had a great time during the 8 days we were there. Location and convenience a total bonus.

We enjoyed having the room to gather in the kitchen or the living room after a long day of hiking around. The kitchen was a bit tricky on how many things could be plugged up and running at once, but we figured it out.

− The heater temp kept resetting to being way too low to be comfortable. After leaving it alone for a few hours it would always go back to 17 degrees Celsius no matter what we set it on. We didn't have a dryer in the room, so laundry was tricky and the washing machine was a bit finicky. Would LOVE to have had a coffee machine in the facility. There are three flights of stairs to climb which were pretty brutal.

− I would recommend a lock with keys to get into the apartment at ground level, it is inconvenient to have to call to say we have arrived, only minor, other than that I don’t have anything else negative to say.

Huge place with lots potential but in need of a deep clean

The location is great and the space is huge for a big group of people. We were 7 with 3 kids. The brothers shared a room and the 3rd older kid has his own space. The two couples had their own rooms. The kitchen has lots of plates and utensils. The kids in our group really enjoyed the legos and this lessened the need for devices. The bathrooms are updated and the water was nice and hot. The place has a lot of charm. The windows could be open on breezy days and this kept the mosquitoes out.

− On the surface, the place is clean. But the fans were caked in filth. They aren’t now because we had to clean them so they worked better and didn’t cause health issues fanning dust everywhere. There are still mosquito splats all over the walls. Some furniture is broken so be careful where you sit. There are mosquitoes and an attempt to cover the windows with netting but the windows still needed to be shut making it very hot in July. There was plenty of things in the kitchen to use, including a cupboard of tools, but there was still no dish soap or dish towel.
