9.0Потрясающее расположение, очень тихое место, все есть рядом и рестораны и магазины (coop и рядом овощная лавка). Старый уютный дом с маленьким своим садом. Хороший интернет. Хорошая и тихая климат система.
− Маленький объем бойлера, приходится выключать воду для намыливания, иначе придётся смываться холодной и не возможно всем принять душ поочереди без больших пауз. На кухне из крана текла только горячая вода. Мало посуды для готовки, неисправная кофеварка, нет бокалов для просекко, и в округе не купить кроме муранских:). Утром в звонок трезвонят мусорщики.

8.0Súkromný slnečný dvor, kde od 11 a.m. svieti slnko a dá sa tam príjemne najesť. Veľmi ochotná a milá slečna, ktorá nám neskoro v noci odovzdala kľúče. Koncom apríla sme mohli využiť kúrenie. Blízkosť 2 obchodov a krásneho malého námestia. Autentická a tichá oblasť v centre.
− Trochu tmavšie vo vnútri. Ale to je tým, že apartmán je v centre Benátok. V dreze tečie iba horúca voda.

9.0Appartamento molto grande e ben arredato. La cucina sembrava avere tutto l'occorrente (abbiamo usato solo le tazze x la colazione). Vicino alla stazione quindi ottimo per arrivare in treno e raggiungerlo a piedi. Comunicazione coi gestori senza problemi. Nelle vicinanze presenti bar, ristoranti e supermercato.
− Bisogna camminare un po' per raggiungere i principali luoghi di attrazione, per noi non era un gran problema perchè conosciamo Venezia e sappiamo che c'è da camminare molto sempre, ma è da tener presente se invece si volesse esser più centrali durante il soggiorno
