8.0Bathrooms were clean! Staff was responsive to needs. The room was very warm and ceiling fan never accomplished the cooling needed. Overall, it was comfortable.

10.0El cuarto que nos tocó muy bien, amplio y limpio solo faltaría por el lugar y el clima de Oaxaca ojalá le pudieran poner Aire acondicionado ya que solo tiene ventilador de techo, en esta fechas está muy bien pero en época de calor no creo que enfríe el cuarto
