− Absolument rien !
A beautiful, spacious, well curated experience!
10.0Amazing property! My room was large and airy - indeed felt like I was living in a palace. The staff were amazing and helpful, they even recommended a jazz show which so nice and a good day to slow down after a long day touring the city. The breakfast served in the room was the cherry on top. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Europe. The experience was very unique.
− The stairs were a bit much especially after a long day exploring roaming the endless hills of Lisbon however it was a great treat that I didn’t have to carry my luggage up and down. The hotel took care of it. Nevertheless the stairs are nothing compared to the exceptional experience.

1.0− There is a private club on the first 2 floors of the hotel. The music they played in the middle of the night was so LOUD had to sleep with windows and shutters closed, earplugs + noice cancelling head phones on. Was still a challenge!
We loved our stay and would love to come back!
10.0The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building that is very centurally located to many restaurants and sites in Lisbon. Our room was large with big widows that overlooked Lisbon. Breakfast was served daily to the room. We had a very early flight and the staff was able to provide breakfast the night before and left in our room so we could eat the next morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
− We did not mind but there are many steps up to the rooms. As the building is historic, there is no elevator. The staff was very helpful with the bags
