9.0Lo staff è cortese e disponibilissimo. Danno la possibilità di lasciare la valigia sia nel caso si arrivi prima dell'orario di check-in, sia fino alle 20 nel giorno del checkout... già questo lo trovo un servizio meraviglioso. La struttura è in una zona perfetta, a due passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria novella, strategica sia per esplorare la città, sia per raggiungere altri luoghi fuori città come l'ippodromo del visarno, sede di concerto ed eventi. Consigliatissimo!

9.0Great location, right across from the train station. The room was very clean, quiet, and the AC worked well. Even though our room was on the second floor facing the station, it was surprisingly peaceful. The metal shutters blocked out the sunlight really well, making it easy to sleep.
− The elevator is small and fits up to three people. The bathroom was quite small, and the shower door was awkward to use. The bathroom trash can hadn't been emptied, which was a minor issue. Our room was right in front of the reception, so we could hear people coming and going.
