10.0Centrally located, literally a minute from the Duomo - my balcony with my daughter offered a fantastic view of Duomo…the staff were exceptionally professional and courteous, going out of their way to assist with any queries we had.
− Sadly there were issues with the WiFi. The staff explained that their were issues due to the extreme heat.

6.0Was in a great location with direct access to the main square, shops and restaurants.
− In the midst of summer and a heatwave, we were unable to leave the electricity and AC on to keep the room and fridge cool. When returning from a day out it would then take a long time to cool the room. We were also only provided bottled water on the first day. Water couldn’t be kept cold when the power for the fridge would turn off when leaving the room.
