ロケーション最高です。 インテリアが好きでした。 珍しくガスタイプのキッチンで料理が楽しかったです。 エレベーターもあるので助かりました。

− 洗濯機が旧式すぎて脱水がほとんどできなかった。 窓の開閉がやりづらく、外の声がかなり聞こえる。 換気扇周りなど細かい場所に汚れが溜まっている。

Le site en dehors de la ville - découverte de l est de venise avec ces restaurants proposant LES FRUITS de la MER

− Eh bien impossible avoir le justificatif de paiement CASH.200 euros + 40 euros de taxes réglé pour la nuit supplémentaire - notre vol du 26 étant annulé avions dû arriver 1 jour plus tôt moyennant l accord paiement cash - par contre justificatif indispensable à fournir à la compagnie aérienne. Je n arrive pas à me faire comprendre. Au secours !

Great location, a nice stay with a few tweaks needed

The location in the Dorsoduro neighborhood is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and has very good traveler amenities, a large refrigerator, a washing machine and dishwasher. The a/c works pretty well which is crucial for summer visits. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and it was nice to return to a comfortable cool spot

− There were several things that we wish we’d known before booking. First, there are issues with the hot water. We took some cold showers before we figured out on our own that you have to turn on the sink faucet to get the hot water heater to turn on, and then the warm water would only stay on for a few minutes at a time. Second, the windows are not sealed well and there was a broken shutter in one of the bedrooms and we had a lot of mosquitoes that would make their way in during the night. My nieces were quite eaten up which diminished the enjoyment of our stay. We killed maybe 10-20 on the inside of the apartment and they had new bites every morning. Third, we were told we had to take our trash out on our last day between 6:30 and 8:30 am to a location marked on an info sheet in the apartment, with a possible penalty of $150/bag. I located the spot the day before, set an alarm and walked out onlyto not see a garbage boat. Thankfully I saw another resident walking with trash bags and followed him. As frequent travelers we are used to disposing of our trash at a spot at the building but this added stress to an already busy day. After looking up other Venice stays it does not seem usual to require guests to walk their trash down a street to find a garbage boat. Fourth, the location is close to a gathering spot of young adults and can be quite loud at night. A pair of earplugs did the trick. This is a nice apartment in a great location and I’d stay again if the mosquito issue was solved and I didn’t have to walk bags of trash down the streets.

Mieszkanie fajne. Duże. Obok muzeum które jest na zdjęciu. Spokojne.

− Dziwne zachowanie właściciela który na ostatni dzień zaproponował przeprowadzkę do innego mieszkania sporo oddalonego, bo miałem sie odbyć remont łazienki o którym jie zostaliśmy poinformowanie wcześniej. Remont sie jednak nie odbył nic sie w lazience nie dzialo. Dziwna sprawa. Tylko zepsute nerwy ostatniego dnia pobytu.

Location is good.

− The shower is problematic. At the beginning there was hot water issue but it was solved. Even though, the water pressure is low and uncomfortable for shower. The bedding (duvet cover) feels need to be more cleaned. The toilet seat seems very old and I had to clean it by myself unfortunately. There is a 40 euro fee for checking in after 7:30pm, this should be clearly stated on the information page. Bear in mind, there will be no place to store luggage and the checking out time is not generous.
