Beautiful apartment!
9.0Beautiful apartment. Although it's in the middle of venice it is very secluded and quiet. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Venice. The view from the waterfront is amazing!
− The photos are a bit misleading. The jetty isnt attached to the apartment but in a completely seperate building. Although still breathtaking, we thought we would have to attached to the apartment with constant access.
Good to know
•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
•In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
•City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival.
