Spacious 2 bedroom flat in a convenient area
8.0Large 2 bedroom flat in a convenient and quiet area .... but a few things to beware of. Arranged to collect the keys from the key box near the bus station but when we arrived in the late afternoon ... no keys! Had to call the agent and someone turned up with them shortly after. Google doesn't show the location properly. Follow the directions you will be provided with. You have to pay €40 for cleaning but despite this there were cobwebs on the ceilings. Bring your own shampoo etc. - there's none provided also the shower has no curtain so water splashes all over the floor. The water heater stopped working... managed to re-start it but no instructions in the flat. Despite all that... its a nice flat down a quiet alley not far from the S. Toma water bus (vaporetto) stop with nice local cafes and restaurants, and good provisions shops nearby as well.

•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
•In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
•City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival.
