L'emplacement est extraordinaire et le fait de pouvoir profiter du ponton donnant sur le Grand Canal nous a permis d'admirer l'animation du canal. Un grand moment, notamment en fin d'après midi. Nous reviendrons

Great messaging communication with key holder who met us at apartment and handed over keys once they had shown us around the place. Available throughout stay via Whatapp for any issues but there were none. Loads of coffee shops, pastry shops, restaurants and bars within the immediate area but even just wandering around you come across something new. Saw no issues with pickpockets or any other type of crime, boat transport was easy to manage using the travel card but sometimes was easier to walk and just explore as come across something new. Meals ranged from 15 to 25 euro per person depending on what having, drinks were also reasonable for wine, beer, cocktails. Would recommend going to the H10 rooftop bar, went around 2pm and had it to ourselves for quite a while before others arrived. Would easily go to Venice again and stay in same location.

Fabulous location away from the crowds, quiet and peaceful! Perfect for a romantic get away!

Before we ever arrived, the host was terrific answering all our questions about arrival and location. Upon arrival in Venice we were warmly welcomed immediately by the property manager who showed us around and explained everything about the building and the area. He was very helpful to us with arranging a private taxi to pick us up right form the private dock at the end of our stay and answering all our questions about the area and this beautiful historic building. We loved the location right on the grand canal and only a very short walk to & from San Toma pier for the public boats! Campo S. Tomas also had a very nice restaurant for dinner, a cafe' and there were several options for other eats/ drinks and shopping very close! The area was less crowded than Rialto but also close enough to easily walk to Rialto if you wanted the night life. The room itself has everything you could need for an extended stay, except for washer & dryer. We were very entertained watching the boats go by on the canal. Beautiful view!

− The bed was extra firm, but honestly we were so tired from all the walking we could have slept anywhere. The shower is very tight, too small to bend over and reach your feet.
