9.0As you open the door of the building, you will find the vaporetto in front of you. That was a bonus for an easy way to go around Venice.

− Travesseiros ruins e baixa qualidade dos lençóis, colchões e toalhas comprometem a experiência. Ficamos com torcicolos. Mas deve ser fácil de resolver, espero que o façam.
The apartment was exactly as described on the listing. A great location.
9.0Location was great. Apartment was lovely. Key handover was easy. Would highly recommend as the vaporetto and water taxi was directly out front of our apartment. Only a 5 minute walk over the Constitution Bridge from the train station and we were at our apartment. A very convenient location as we were traveling with our 3 children

A good stay in Venice…would do it again
8.0The good=conveniently located close to all forms of Venice transportation. We cooked a few meals on the gas range in the kitchenette, which was well stocked. 2 full bathrooms was a HUGE asset for a party of 5 adults! View of the canal was great. Walk to Santa Lucia over the bridge was a breeze!
− The not as good = being close to transportation means we heard the noises from boats and people into the later evening and in the early morning. the flights of stairs and the sleeping loft worked for us because our party was younger and fit. They would not work for seniors, disabled, or the unfit. It was a tight squeeze for 5 adults due to only one separate bedroom. Would be perfect for a family of 2 parents and three kids in their teens

•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
•In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
•City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival.
