4.0The woman who greeted us was super rude - Eli. Always felt put out when asked a question. And did not explain which keys went to what and how the front gate key would stick. More concerned that we take out the trash on the day we leave than any thing else. One of the previous guests had shattered the glass railing going up and no precautions had been done to not cut yourself on it except to be told to not touch it. Our son accidentally brushed up against it and cut himself. We had to ask for the edges to be taped for safety. After they sent someone to tape up the edges, glass was all over the floor. My husband swept it up along with dirt and dust. The floors were dirty with dark hair and we all have light hair so it wasn’t ours. Tried to ask about arriving at 20:30 and did not receive a response until after we bought our train tickets so we were charged $35 euros after 20:00. Eli was extremely put out that we arrived at 20:30 even though it was only 30 minutes past the check in. Tried checking the property’s check in and out times and no where did it say an additional $35 euros after 20:00. The one good thing is it was in a good location and we felt very safe aside from having to clean up glass on the floor from the shattered railing.

6.0Property was in a nice location. Air upstairs did not work well as it was very hot even when we had the temperature all the way down. Kitchen lacked any dishes for us to cook a meal. Also was expecting a dryer but only washer.

8.0The property is in a great location with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. Easy to get to with the Alilaguna stop at Guglie nearby. It was quiet and secure yet in minutes you are in bustle of Venice.The is a courtyard for you to sit in and this courtyard serves numerous other properties most of them appeared to rentals. Small supermarkets are a short walk away together with bakeries, tourist shops and cheap wine shops. No real negatives. The property is a little worn and could do with a bit of a spruce.
