9.0Palazzo settecentesco. Il Sig. Matteo è prodigo di consigli su cosa visitare (e aneddoti) e dove cenare. Inoltre, mi ha permesso di tenere l'auto nel parcheggio ben oltre l'orario stabilito.

Schöner Aufenthalt
10.0Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Das B&B liegt außerhalb der Innenstadt-ZTL und ist problemlos zu erreichen. Gegen eine Aufzahlung von 12€/Tag haben wir vor Ort parken können. Wir waren sehr dankbar für die Unterstützung von Gastgeber Matteo in Sachen Anfahrt. In die Innenstadt hinein sind es ca. 10min zu Fuß, es befindet sich auch eine Busstation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gleich bei Ankunft haben wir eine Stadtkarte mit Empfehlungen erhalten. Beim Frühstück hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein nettes Detail ist hierbei, dass das Frühstück gemeinsam mit den anderen Gästen an einer großen Tafel serviert wird. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet inkl Kühlschrank (Minibar). Weiters haben wir zu schätzen gewusst, dass es einen Gemeinschaftsraum gibt mit Kaffeemaschine, Büchern und Bügeleisen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen Garten. Toll fanden wir auch, dass sich viele Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe befinden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

9.0Schönes grosses hohes Zimmer mit Balkon stimmiger Ausstattung, bequemem Bett und grossem Bad! Mattheos kulinarische Tipps und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuss in das Zentrum

9.0Bella palazzina in centro residenziale, lontana dal traffico fastidioso; l'interno è molto curato nei dettagli ed è presente una piccola biblioteca 'internazionale' con varietà di scelta dalla letteratura storica ai romanzi in inglese/tedesco alle guide turistiche di Firenze; molto valido il servizio di chiamata del taxi per i clienti, essenziale per chi viaggia solo e deve spostarsi con i mezzi. Villa Landucci è speciale perchè Matteo è molto preciso e cura molto gli interessi dei clienti, elargendo informazioni riguardanti i trasporti (anche di eventuali scioperi dei treni) ed offrendo il servizio di prenotazione del ristorante collegato al B&B.
− migliorerei la selezione del personale per la colazione..da scegliere con più attenzione per avere un servizio puntuale e senza 'sorprese'
