8.0Les deux chambres et les deux sanitaires formant deux espaces autonomes.Parfait pour deux couples. La localisation proche du Ponte Vecchio. La climatisation
− La partie sejour et coin ciisine sont sombres. Aucune luminosite naturelle. Le lieu de depose des valises est un peu eloigne de l appartement

8.0The location of the apartment is fantastic. Just across the Ponte Vecchio from all the historic buildings. An abundance of bakery, restaurants and gelato shops and a grocery store nearby (3 restaurants in the piazza the building is in). The layout of the apartment is good, AC in each bedroom (although both on the same control which is problematic), and in the living area. 2 bathrooms - one for each bedroom. Lots of privacy, quiet building, very walkable. Great place, good rooms. Very responsive staff to AC issues which were immediately resolved. Also free luggage storage at their office- which was fantastic.
− This is clearly managed by a property company- terrible shampoo (combo shampoo/ body wash that seemed water down), weird set of kitchen utensils (no teaspoons and large serving size spoons), salt/ no pepper, no paper towels, 4 hangers in 1 bedroom and 3 in the other, counter full of clutter- its the small things that would take this place from good to fantastic. No indication beforehand that there was concrete drilling starting at 8am most mornings from a building reno happening. Bring your own coffee. They need a few more pieces of furniture - a microwave stand to get it off the counter, a dresser in each bedroom to put your clothes in there.

A comfortable apartment in a great location.
8.0The location and neighborhood were fantastic. Close to the main sights but a chance to escape the crowds. A grocer was in the next block so procuring provisions for breakfast and snacking was super convenient. The apartment was simply but comfortably furnished. The owner had a binder with instructions on the use of the appliances which was useful.
− The windows in the dining/living space opened onto the lightwell. Ample light but not the great view as from the bedrooms. The door to the apartment was difficult to operate.

− If you expecting to have a sleep at night this place isn’t for you as the street is noisy all night long.
