Perfect Florence base
10.0Fabulous location in walking distance to anything you could possibly want to do in Florence, and near the trains and trams for anything else. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom amenities were all you could ask for. The staff were excellent in arranging our check in (we were able to get into the room early) and check out was easy and we were able to leave our bags for the day without worry. The balcony in our room was a lovely extra for the mornings and evenings.

Very comfy and good location
10.0Lovely place to stay, we only stayed a night but would return for longer, very comfy bed and clean. Easy check in and friendly staff, good location in walking distance of the sights.
