From start to finish, LUMA Hotel exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable — right by Times Square and within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to see in the city. The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, and feel brand new, exactly the kind of comfort you hope for after a long trip. But what truly set this place apart was the staff. We arrived off an overnight flight completely exhausted, and they checked us in as early as 9am — that single act of kindness essentially saved our entire first day, letting us rest and actually enjoy New York instead of waiting around. On top of that, they surprised my wife with a wonderful birthday gift delivered by their charming little robot, a lovely touch that made her day and something we'll remember for a long time. And to cap it all off, they let us check out as late as 1pm, which made our departure completely stress-free. Excellent location, immaculate rooms, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests. This is hospitality done right. We couldn't recommend LUMA Hotel more highly and can't wait to come back.
