10.0I had a wonderful stay! The location and hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Daniele, who was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. He helped me a lot during my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Florence!
