10.0Das Personal war super freundlich. Am Empfang haben uns Golnaz und Christian sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns bei allen Fragen super weitergeholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Lage ist zentral und man ist schnell in der Altstadt um alles sehenswerte sofort anzuschauen. Trotz des Bahnhofs in der Nähe war es im Zimmer total ruhig.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at C Hotels Joy! From the very beginning to the end, everything was perfect. The hotel is lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A very special thank you to Christian and Ousman, who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so special!

10.0We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was also very convenient. Everything we needed was well prepared, which made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Daniel, who was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. His warm and professional service really made us feel welcome. We truly appreciated his hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. We would be happy to stay here again!

10.0Ao lado da estação de trem de Florença, muito fácil fazer a locomoção com as malas. Ótimo café da manhã, tinha uma boa variedade de opções. Hotel com aparência de novo. Funcionários cordiais em especial o Matteo e Christinan.
