10.010/10 ⭐️ 交通便利、房間舒適，服務貼心又溫暖，非常推薦！ 飯店的地理位置非常好，距離火車站步行不到5分鐘，交通十分便利！對於攜帶大型行李的旅客來說，真的非常友善。 這次我們原本預訂的是 Smart 房型，但因為攜帶了3個大行李箱，Check-in 時，飯店人員 Daniele 注意到我們的行李較多，便貼心地建議我們考慮升級成空間較大的房型。 Daniele 真的非常親切、有耐心，還特地帶我們參觀了原本預訂的 Smart 房型、較大的房型，以及附有陽台的房型，讓我們能實際比較空間大小後再做決定。 Smart 房型的空間確實比較小，如果像我們一樣攜帶3個大行李箱，全部攤開後幾乎就沒有走動的空間。因此，建議行李較多的旅客，至少選擇附有陽台的房型；如果預算允許，更推薦直接升級成較大的房型，住起來會更加舒適！ 可惜當時附有陽台的房型都已客滿，考量預算後，我們原本還是決定維持 Smart 房型。沒想到，因為我們會連續入住5個晚上，Daniele 希望我們能住得更舒適，竟然主動幫我們升級成空間更大的房型！ 這份貼心真的讓我們非常驚喜，也十分感動！ 升級後的房間寬敞、乾淨又舒適，整體住宿體驗非常滿意。真的非常感謝 Daniele 的熱心協助與用心服務，讓我們在旅途中感受到滿滿的溫暖！❤️ 另外，飯店提供的早餐也很值得推薦！每天的餐點都會有些許變化，不會連續幾天吃到完全一樣的內容，尤其是可頌真的非常好吃！ 🥐 推薦大家訂房時可以考慮加購早餐，不僅美味，也省去早上出門尋找早餐的時間，非常方便。 整體而言，無論是交通位置、房間舒適度、早餐品質，還是服務人員的親切程度，都讓我們留下非常美好的印象。尤其是 Daniele 的貼心服務，更是這次住宿最令人難忘的部分！非常推薦這間飯店，也期待未來有機會再次入住！ 💕

Comfortable stay with a wonderful employee experience.
10.0The facilities were clean and well-mantained. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable with a nice view. Being close to the station was a great plus. We had an exceptional welcome from Signore Daniele and Signore Matteo, who made sure we had a wonderful stay. Their suggestions on where to dine were superb. 10/10! We will be staying here next visit to Firenze.

10.0We received a terrific welcome from Daniele - he made us so welcome, using a map, talked us through the location of the hotel in relation to the ‘sites’ , booked us dinner in a nearby restaurant with a discount - the kitchen was about to close and had our luggage taken up to our room. The rooms were well equipped- lovely big bed - absolutely amazing shower, lovely towels - beautifully maintained during our stay. The breakfast was good but not exceptional- however the welcome each day was excellent and the server brought hot milk to the table for my Americano. Daniele was off for a few days but when he returned he was once again exceptionally helpful when we were considering visiting a nearby town.
− The ‘standard’ rooms are rather small - upgrade is worthwhile There is not much storage space in the rooms The extra charge at breakfast for eggs other than scrambled seemed unnecessarily stingy The hotel is rather expensive but then I think this is true of all good hotels in Florence!
