10.0Great location, lovely expansive lobby with different nooks and crannies where you can hang out and drink coffee or have an alcoholic drink. Helpful, friendly young staff checking you in. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Good design on the vertical showers, so when you first turn on the shower it doesn't drench you with cold water. Most hotels that have those stupid new vertical showers have the controls right underneath the showerhead.

8.0We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience overall. Paloma at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful! The room had a slight smell, but for a short 2-night stay, it wasn’t a huge issue. The location was perfect for us since we were in town for a K-pop concert at MSG—only about a 10-minute walk or short car ride away. Would definitely stay here again for the location!
