− Das alte Haus war so brüchig, dass die Steckdosen nicht hielten,wenn man z.B. den Stecker des vorhandenen Föhn heraus ziehen wollte, die Reparatur hat man uns angelastet....

10.0Amazing location! Beautiful corner of the square next to gondola parking and a cafe tucked into a leafy park. Great amenities, caught up on the laundry and cooked a real meal! Spacious and sunny, and also had fans and ac!

9.0What we liked most about the property was its excellent location. It’s just a 1-minute walk to the Academia Bridge and within easy reach of Rialto. Perfect base for exploring the city on foot.
− A small minus was that on the first day we had some trouble with hot water and heating, but it was resolved the next day.
Ein schönes Appartement in bester Lage
8.0sehr zentrale Lage an einem wunderschönen Platz mit Restaurants und Cafes, trotzdem nicht laut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, außerdem befinden sich verschiedene Vaporettostationen in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und groß genug für drei Personen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Nachfragen wurden umgehend und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Auch die Begrüßung beim Ankommen war sehr herzlich. Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Ein kleiner Tisch vor oder neben dem Sofa hat uns gefehlt. Die Kaffeemaschine konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da keine Filtertüten da waren und es auch keine zu kaufen gab (zumindest haben wir keine gefunden). Die Gondoliere im kleinen Kanal direkt vor der Haustür haben relativ viel Lärm gemacht. Aber das waren wirklich alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die unseren Urlaub nicht sehr gestört haben.
